Cadvision Drafting & Scanning® is a division of
Breedveld Enterprises Ltd, Cadvision® was formed in 1990 when all our
contract drafting switched from drawing boards to CAD based.
Breedveld
Enterprises Ltd (BEL) was formed in 1985 by Kevin Breedveld. BEL is a
private company owned solely by two shareholders
The Backbone
of our business since 1985 has been contracting drafting services, relating
to plant maintenance and electrical switchgear and services
The last
15 years our drafting has been predominantly centred within the Petrochemical and
Dairy
industries. We maintained an on-site drafting service for Ballance Agri-Nutrients (Kapuni) Ltd at their Ammonia-Urea plant in South
Taranaki for nearly a decade. The past 3 years we have been engaged in the
same for Greymouth Petroleum at their New Plymouth facilities.
We were employed
by Moa-Nui Dairies on a two year contract to organise and maintain their
drawing office. This contract
was finished with Kiwi Co-op Dairies on their site services upgrade
project due to the merger of the two dairy companies.
Since the early 1990's we maintained Kiwi Co-op Diaries (now
Fonterra) Maintenance and
Service Department drawings, which have included the writing of their
specification for CAD drawings, the customisation of their AutoCAD system,
and the installation and customisation of a Rasterex Document Management
Database software.
We are one
of New Zealand's most experienced companies in large format technical
images (Microfilm to A0+ scanned drawings). Over the last 15 years we have
coordinated many scanning projects ranging from 10,000 drawings at
the New Plymouth power station, for Contact Energy Limited to the supply
of raster editing and conversion software to Shell Todd Oil Services,
Manakau Consultants, Auckland University.
Other clients that have had either scans or conversions include Terralink,
Telecom New Zealand, Heinz Watties, Port of Tauranga and New Zealand
Aluminium Smelters.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Breedveld
Enterprises Limited complies with the provisions of the Health and Safety
Employment Act 1992. When
working on customer’s sites all staff are required to first make
themselves aware of any special conditions relating to that site, and
follow any and all posted requirements.
COPYRIGHT
Notwithstanding
the provisions of the Copyright Act 1994, The Client shall
hold all rights of the new drawings.
Breedveld Enterprises Ltd will hold copy of drawings for thirty
(30) days after delivery to The Client
INSURANCE
It is the
sole responsibility of The Client to insure the original
drawings for transportation and storage to and from our scanning
facilities in New Plymouth, should you require they be done off-site. We
are happy to transport them, and this is charged as a disbursement.
INDEMNITIES
The
Client shall indemnify Breedveld Enterprises
Ltd, any and all divisions, directors and staff in full against any action
for infringement of patents, registered design, trademark, or copyright in
respect of the design and information represented on all drawing under
this tender.
PAYMENT
The
Client shall make payment on a monthly
invoice of completed work. Payment is due on the 20th of the
month following invoice. Any outstanding payments and all extras to be
paid within fourteen (14) days of completion, together with a letter of
acceptance. All prices are exclusive of GST (in New Zealand only), as per
our standard terms of trade, which make up part of any quotation.
